Yes, the camper unit (CU) continues to function. For T6.1 with CU: The negative terminal of the charge controller must not be connected to the battery, but to ground (chassis). The original ground point is located under the battery. For this, the battery must be completely removed. Alternatively, the battery holder screw can be used as a ground point. For T5 & T6 with CU: The negative terminal of the charge controller should be connected directly to the negative terminal of the leisure battery, otherwise an error message will appear in the CU. Unfortunately, the positive charging current will then no longer be visible on the CU. However, this can always be viewed via the charge controller app.

Yes, it is definitely possible to connect the solar panel to the third battery in the cabinet. This option is even advisable because the cable routing via the rear light is relatively easy to implement. However, it is important to use a Battery Sense, as the charge controller cannot be placed directly next to the battery due to limited space. This means the temperature protection circuit cannot function optimally. Ultimately, however, it makes no technical difference which option you choose. In both cases, both service batteries will be charged.

Yes, the 155 Wp variant can also be mounted with a roof rack. Please contact us in advance if you require a precise position for the solar panel. The measurement is taken from the rear, starting at the beginning of the aluminum C-rail. The width of the panel is 80 cm.

Yes. It is sufficient to have standard AGM batteries installed. LiFePO4 batteries are not absolutely necessary. The standard controller settings are suitable for all battery types. To increase performance, you can select appropriate presets for different battery types in the app under Settings -> Battery. This setting only needs to be made once and can be changed again at any time.

No. Experience has shown that plug solutions unfortunately tend to be prone to failure. Therefore, all modules are hardwired. A subsequent expansion would require a complete rewiring of the modules.
